Why I Created These Trainings:
My Journey from Corporate Burnout to Empowering people

After experiencing burnout myself in the fast-paced corporate world, I realised that something fundamental was missing in how we approach success and well-being in the workplace. I worked tirelessly in corporate environments, pushing myself to the limit, only to find that the relentless drive for success without considering mental health led to burnout and dissatisfaction. I know firsthand the toll that stress and unbalanced expectations can take on both individuals and teams.

Since then, I’ve worked closely with 1-1 clients, helping them navigate similar challenges, rebuild resilience, and create healthier, more sustainable career paths. Through these experiences, I’ve come to see a larger need—there is a deep, unaddressed demand to integrate mindset, well-being, and leadership development within corporate environments.

The passion I have for mental health awareness and fostering resilient, empowered teams led me to create these workshops.
